- Is your office in Troutman?
- No, it's in Mooresville, the next town south on US 21. Close enough that Roger can come by your shop, and honest enough to say so here.
- How long does a new website take?
- Between one and three weeks from our first call, depending on the size. Photos and feedback on your end are usually what sets the pace.
- Do I own the site?
- Yes. Your domain, your words and the finished site belong to you. We host it so it stays quick, patched and backed up.
- Are these WordPress sites?
- No. They're hand-coded pages with no plugins and no login screen for bots to attack, which is a big reason they load fast on a phone.
- How much should I budget for a new site?
- Our smallest build is $2,497 and the most popular one is $4,497; bigger projects start at $8,500. Monthly hosting is $49, $99 or $149 to match. Everything is laid out on the rates page.
- Why is SEO priced separately?
- Because a roofer and a hair salon need very different amounts of work to be found. Roger looks at your market first, then sends a monthly number in writing. The first term is six months; after that you can stop any month.
- Can AI tools like ChatGPT recommend my business?
- They can, though no one controls when. What helps is a site that plainly names your services and the towns you cover, with machine-readable business details behind the scenes. That's standard on every site we build.
- Is Troutman the only place you work?
- Not at all. We work with businesses in Statesville, Mooresville, around Lake Norman and farther out. This particular site just happens to be written for Troutman.
- What's the first step?
