The typical small-business site is a WordPress install carrying a theme and several add-ons written by different people. Update one piece and another can stop working. We take a simpler route: hand-coded pages with nothing to log into, no database and no add-ons. Fewer moving parts means fewer surprises.

- What happens if my website stops working?
- Our monitoring notices and we repair it. Because these sites have no database and no plugins, outages are uncommon.
- Can you host a website another company made?
- Generally we don't. The service is built around our own sites. If you're on WordPress or a drag-and-drop builder, we'll walk through whether repairing it or starting fresh makes more sense.
- Could I move my site to a different host later?
- Sites we create live on our hosting. That arrangement is what keeps them quick and up to date, and it's why routine changes are included. The rate you start at doesn't go up while you remain a client.
